  1. Upon deciding the item you would like to purchase, read the terms and conditions and fill out the order form with your relevant details and giving any specific requests if you have any.
  2. Upon receiving your order form, we will contact you to finalise requirements, arrange payment, and any additional information that may be required.
  3. For option 1, Ondesign will send out the purchased item upon payment.
  4. For options 2 - 4, Ondesign will generally require you to supply additional information such as a Certificate of Title and Topographic Survey Plan. Occasionally you may also need to provide a Geotechnical Report, Fire Report, Drainage Design, or Ondesign can arrange the production of this extra information if it is needed for an additional fee.
  5. Once any additional information, and payment is received, Ondesign will begin producing the further documentation needed for options 2-4.
  6. When all documentation has been completed it is printed (A2 format for architectural drawings) and either posted out via NZ Post for options 2-3, or lodged for building consent by Ondesign for option 4 (note: territorial authority fees payable by purchaser).
  7. For option 4, Ondesign acts on your behalf to manage the building consent process through your Territorial Authority until approval is obtained. You will then have a building consent and will be able to commence construction.
  General Notes:

Architectural drawings have been prepared specifically for the purpose of obtaining building consent and have been successfully used for such purposes on prior occasions. All designs are for a concrete floor slab (except where decks are indicated), and as such work best on a level platform, although gentle slopes can usually be accommodated.

All designs have been engineered to cover High Wind Zones in all Earthquake Zones. Sites situated in wind zones greater than 'High' may require additional structural engineering.
