Option 1 : House Plans Only Ondesign provides building consent drawings for the house only. Purchase the architectural plans for the house of your choice. All plans have been drawn for the purpose of obtaining building consent, and are ready and waiting for you to use. With this option you buy the architectural plans from Ondesign and you (or your agent) then compile the rest of the information needed for building consent, and manage the process. You will need to get a site plan drawn locating the house on your site, and showing relevant services and compliance to the Territorial Authority planning requirements. You then add this site plan to the rest of the drawings you purchased from ondesign, and you have a complete set of drawings to lodge for building consent. You then source and provide any other information that the Territorial Authority requires for building consent lodgement. Items provided:
Option 2 : Full Building Consent Drawings Ondesign provides all the building consent drawings. Purchase the architectural plans for the house of your choice. You then provide Ondesign with required information about your site, and Ondesign will situate your chosen house in the best location for your site, and prepare a site plan showing house position, connection to services, and compliance to the Territorial Authority planning requirements. You then have a full set of building consent drawings, which you then use to lodge for building consent. You then source and provide any other information that the Territorial Authority requires for building consent lodgement. Items provided:
Option 3 : Full Building Consent Package Ondesign provides the full building consent package of everything you need to lodge your building consent. As with option two, Ondesign provides a full set of building consent drawings, and also provides all other necessary information required for lodging a building consent. You (or your agent) then fill out the application form, and lodge all the information that has been provided to you. You (or your agent) then manage the building consent process, and deal with the Territorial Authority throughout the consent process. Items provided:
Option 4 : Full Building Consent Management Ondesign provides the full building consent package, and lodges and manages the building consent for you. As with option three, Ondesign provides all necessary information required, along with lodging the building consent for you. Ondesign will act on your behalf as your agent, and the Territorial Authority will deal directly with Ondesign for any queries they have during the process. Should the Territorial Authority (in an unusal circumstance) require further information than what is normally provided for building consent, Ondesign will source such information, or manage the obtaining of such information as part of this option. This option includes the full building consent package, and management of the building consent process. Payment of Territorial Authority fees and any other required consultants fees will be your responsibility. Items provided:
Option 5 : Sub-divisions and Developments For use of Ondesign houses on a larger scale (ie. more than one site) contact us to discuss options and discounted rates. Ondesign can also provide assistance with marketing brochures and advertising.
